Returns and Refund

Due to the nature of our products, Kamfool does not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we may offer replacements or store credits in specific cases.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement request may be approved if:

  • The product was damaged during transit, or

  • The wrong product was delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Raise a Request

To request a replacement, please email at support@kamfool.in or call us at +91 8368384145 with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear images of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label

Our team will review the request and respond accordingly.

Eligibility Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original packaging when requesting a replacement.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
