Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 working hours after confirmation.

During peak periods such as festivals, sales, or unforeseen operational delays, dispatch timelines may extend slightly. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 1-3 business days

  • Other Locations: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of β‚Ή50 for orders below β‚Ή500.

Orders above β‚Ή500 qualify for Free Shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only on orders above β‚Ή500.

A β‚Ή50 COD processing charge will be applied to all COD orders.

Lost Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit by the courier partner, we will reship the order and keep the customer informed throughout the process.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled but only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 working days to reflect.

Editing Shipping Details

If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please contact us within approximately 6 hours of placing the order, before dispatch.

You may contact us to request the change.

Once an order has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.

If a shipment needs to be reshipped due to address changes after dispatch, the additional courier charges will be borne by the customer.
